Free 30 Day Membership

 

1. Use of Membership

Members are entitled to all the rights and privileges of a DirectBuy Gold Membership, including the right to order carpeting, furniture, appliances and merchandise for Members’ personal use through DirectBuy of St. Louis at the manufacturer’s or authorized supplier’s price plus sales taxes, freight charges and handling fee, if applicable. This membership provides purchasing privileges of up to $1000 from DirectBuy suppliers (those available through DirectBuy Corporate Headquarters). All purchases must be made at the DirectBuy of St. Louis club or online at members.directbuy.com.

 

2. Term

This 30 Day Membership will automatically expire thirty days after a users submits their information through the online form at directbuystl.com.

 

3. Option to Convert to Full Membership

Members will have an option to convert to a regularly-priced Renewable Gold or Platinum membership at any time during or after the 30 Day Membership period by applying in person and executing all necessary membership paperwork and remitting any related monies due. Current promotional offers may apply.

 

4. Member’s Pledge

Members agree that:

• All DirectBuy pricing information is strictly confidential, and Members therefore agree to use the confidential pricing information in our suppliers’ catalog only inside the Club. Members will not copy any pricing information, take any of our catalogs outside the Club, or disclose any of our confidential pricing to non-members.

• Member will never use DirectBuy’s confidential prices to negotiate with stores, or shop a store knowing that Member will make his or her purchase through DirectBuy

• All merchandise shall be purchased for personal use only and will not be purchased by Member for the purpose of resale.

• Members will not call or deal directly with the Club’s suppliers.

• Members agree to abide by the applicable warranty of the suppliers.

 

5. Conditions

Violation of these rules will automatically cancel the offending member’s membership with no option to convert to full membership.
